Bio fond foundation
I’ve been a customer for the last 50 years. Obviously I love this product. I have always enjoyed the ease and pleasure of putting this product on. The new compact is so annoying. I ordered it and it came August 15. I still had some in my old compact so I used that by second week in September I was using the new compact. I noticed it was shaped differently by November 1 the metal bottom of the compact was showing through. While trying to gently sponge out the product in the circular perimeter, it began to crack into fragmented pieces, two pieces in the first week and I tried gently going the other direction and it cracked from the other side so now I have three lumps fragments of product. This is really a hard way to put on make up trying to navigate keeping it in the round tin that it’s in. I never had this problem in all the 50 years I have used this product with the old compact. It takes extra time it just feels like I’m scrounging around my make up compact trying to get the last of my make up on even though there’s still plenty of product in there. Great product horrible delivery system. I can’t be the only person this is happening to. I also realize there is less product in this new compact and the price has gone up.
I hope this is a one off with particular compact. I’m missing one of the simple pleasures of my morning routine. …sniff🙁
