3. Hold pen correctly: Grip like a regular pen.
4. Start from inner corner: Begin at inner corner of upper lash line.
5. Draw thin line: Use short strokes for control.
6. Extend line (optional): Create a winged effect if desired.
7. Fill gaps: Fill in any uneven areas.
8. Let dry: Allow to dry completely.
9. Clean mistakes (if needed): Use makeup remover on a cotton swab.

I was disappointed in washing it off. My face was quite discolored under the eyelids and had to be scrubbed with soap. Is there anything that can be used to just wipe it off?
Thank you for your feedback. The eyeliners are waterproof so it is best to remove with a gentle eye makeup remover and a soft cloth.
