GS RETURN POLICY 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on open or used products. Unused/unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Products returned will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from the product price paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please report any discrepancy within 48 hours of receipt of your order. 

If you choose to return products from your Gerda Spillmann purchase within 30 days and have a copy of your receipt or invoice; please contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Then simply return via USPS or UPS (with tracking & insurance) and we will issue a refund or in-house credit, at our discretion. We do not provide return shipping labels.

We do offer samples for some skincare items and the Bio Fond Foundation, for color matching and texture/consistency testing.  Samples can be purchased within the US for the shipping cost of $4.99 to include up to 3 samples, additional samples are $1.00 each with a maximum of 5 total.  For samples outside of the US, please contact us directly for an accurate shipping quote. 

We do not retroactively apply sales or credits to purchases completed before a sales period.  We reserve the right to change, modify or cancel sales, prices, and policies at any time.
